Embracing Change, Life Coaching

Personal training for the mind.

What is a Life Coach?

” A coach is a trained professional who has the skills that help individuals, executives and organizations create positive changes, see new possibilities, and help their clients define the steps to be taken to achieve both their short-term and long-term goals”

Coaches are also strategists, realists, innovative partners and strategic thinkers. Coaches are not psychologists, consultants or counsellors.

Who can benefit from seeing a Life Coach?

Anyone! From someone who is unsure of what they want, someone who knows what they want but not sure how to get there, and even someone who has what they want but strives for more. Many highly successful people have coaches!

What makes me certified to be a Life Coach?

I attended the Certified Coaches Federation Coach Practitioner course in December 2012. With the tools I learned there along with my Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree, my experience as a Probation Officer and of course my own life’s experiences I feel I can help anyone move towards their goals and aspirations.

Would I pay for the services of a life coach?

I asked this question many times before I took my training. I admit, when it comes to my own health, wealth and happiness I am a cheapskate! However I have learned to try not to think this way. Investing in yourself is the greatest thing a person can do. It may even get you more money in the future, but if not seeing a life coach will pay dividends in ways besides money.

How much does it cost?

I prefer to have people to make a committment to come for at least 3 months, however it does cost more per session if you decide to come one at a time. Contact me for more info on rates and packages. Of course I am always willing to be flexible to a client’s financial situation.
